Role

Responsible for executing the plans of Citibank's CRS area, focused on office expansion, administrative headquarters, and merger processes. Functions include coordinating designs in collaboration with the client and planning execution strategies to ensure project objectives are met. In charge of reviewing bidding documents, including quantity analysis, technical specifications, and work reports for RFP processes, as well as evaluating supplier proposals for presentation to the purchasing area. Supervision and control of the execution of the assigned budget and quality standards, managing the overall performance of the works. Coordination of various suppliers to ensure compliance with the work plan, as well as collecting and delivering final project documentation, closing pending issues, and ensuring proper registration for the client.
